The History of POW 348M
The model was first introduced in 1968 and has a 3500c.c. all aluminium V8 American Buick engine modified by Rover to suit their large car range. Buick had ceased using the engine in their cars in 1963. It has a maximum speed of 117mph and can travel from 0-50 mph in 7.1 seconds.
The car which is finished in almond yellow was first registered in March 1974 and has had only one family owner until 2004. It has covered less than 70,000 miles since new and still has the original carpets, seats and interior trim and, of course, engine. It is very roomy and serves as a very stylish and powerful engined wedding carriage.
